Thought we’d share some of the super cute things that have been featured on 100 Layer Cakelet over the last few weeks. Yes it’s a family blog, with a focus on moms, babies, birthday parties, and such. But there are some really creative people sharing work and projects on Cakelet, (some of who you already know from the wedding world), and you can find great inspiration for other celebrations over there too.

100 Layer Cakelet roundup

Today is the last day to enter Mercie Ghimire‘s family/portrait session giveaway. (There’s no reason you couples can’t enter!)

This boho first birthday party for Jett Jagger has us majorly in the mood for summer.

Delbarr Moradi‘s modern nursery design for her little girl is definitely worth checking out.

Oh Melody. She always knows how to throw a good party. Her daughter’s bow-themed first birthday party was spectacular!

Have you seen our Inspiring Moms series? It profiles some of the amazing creative women we know who also happen to be moms. The photo essay of Erin of Floret by Michele M. Waite is particularly beautiful.

And of course la Fiesta de Dotty by Bows & Arrows was so out of control cute, you don’t want to miss it. Fiesta decor never gets old!

We’ve got loads more great posts coming up and if you have something you’d like featured, please don’t be shy! We love seeing submissions from people we know in the wedding world. 100layercakelet {at} gmail {dot} com.

Hello Cakelets! Thanks so much for reading our blog. If you're going to leave a comment, know that we reserve our right to remove any mean-spirited, unreasonably profane, self-promoting comments from our blog.
