A historic secluded mansion like the Brittland Manor in Maryland is one of many gorgeous venues you can choose when planning your wedding. If it’s available on your date, book it – it’s stunning! Chelsea + Mike made it theirs for the weekend, filling it with neutral colors, burlap, calico patterns, and beautiful flowers. She wanted a venue with a beautiful brick building and gardens, he wanted to get married on the water. How often does it happen that you find the entire package? Not often, but as you’ll see, C + M’s wedding was classic, elegant, and closed out with a wild dance party. We’re more than excited to share this wedding, not only because it’s beautifully shot by Justine Ungaro, but also because the cinematography at the end, filmed by the groom’s company, Monachetti, left us in tears!

Music: Chelsea walked down the aisle to “Your Hand in Mine” by Explosions in the Sky, together they exited to “Young London” by Angels and Airwaves, and danced “Reasons to Love You” by Mieko.

  5. I was looking into Brittland… Was it hard to put together a wedding there?

  6. Jamie, Brittland is such a beautiful space with so many options for ceremony, that’s why I chose it. I loved putting our wedding together there. Do you live on the Eastern Shore? If not then I would definitely pick as many vendors as you can close to Brittland- it makes life a lot easier! The other thing I loved about Brittland was getting it for the weekend, my whole family stayed there and we were able to set up and break down at our own pace.
