Sunny lemonade stand engagement sesh

Categories   Engagements

Emily of White Room Events sent over this sunny engagement sesh she styled for her clients Alanna and Tim. Both she and Alanna had the same vision for the shoot, boy stops at a lemonade stand in the countryside and meets the girl of his dreams selling lemonade and delicious baked goods from her stand. Pretty cute, no?

Christine Pobke’s photography style was a perfect match for the day. The shoot took place in the Barossa Valley (which we can say from personal experience is absolutely gorgeous in it’s authentic, pastoral charm) at Bethany Winery.

Everything just feels so buttery and full of sunshine, doesn’t it? Thanks so much for sharing, everyone! Can’t wait to see the wedding.

Thanks for all of the lovely comments girls! We had so much fun with this shoot , it was a beautiful sunshiny day and our wonderful vendors were some of the nicest, sweetest people that we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Very happy to answer any questions that you might have :) @trb - Yes! The jars in the wooden crates are filled with lemon curd. We covered the lids with Liberty fabric and they looked so cute! @Sharyn - It's adorable isn't it? I purchased it from a store here in Australia called City Chic. They do ship overseas but I'm not sure if they are still available, they sold very quickly. @Lydia - I {heart} your blog :) You can see the rest of our shoot on WRE's blog and Pobke Photography's blog :) xoxo

I love the lemons hanging from the trees! I'm currently trying to figure out how to incorporate lemons into my own wedding decor so this post is a wonderful bit of inspiration.

your photo's are so bright and airy. I'd love to create the same effect. gives them a very retro feel, which is hugely popular these days!
