um, hello cutest cocktail accessory ever! And you can make it yourself!
Glimmering, glorious book covers. Wouldn’t it be awesome to make a whole invitation suite out of different metallics? {via wit + delight}
Stunning invitation from Mae Mae Paperie
Happy weekend cakies! We’re freezing in LA and overheated in Brooklyn so here’s hoping we get a perfect summer weekend one of these days!

Since I’m totally obsessed with all things beachy right now, I am dying over the beyond gorgeous jewelry by The Vamoose. Really have a sudden urge to impulse buy right now!
Amanda always puts these Friday round ups together so I get all giddy about what she’ll find this week. And, this selection is so sultry and romantic. I’m putting this combo in my inspiration binder b/c I’d love to design a wedding that feels like this. Yum! xo ~ Jillian

What a gorgeous set of inspirations! The books in particular made me swoon. I made a cake based on the theme of Fitzgerald and particularly The Beautiful and the Damned – have a look if you like: http://www.poiresauchocolat.net/2010/05/whisky-and-dark-chocolate-beautiful-and.html. I’m hoping to do a similar cake for a wedding at some point soon.
